Group Mentor Coaching

Collaborative Learning for Coaches Ready to Level Up Together 

  • 10-hour packages aligned to ACC, PCC, or MCC requirements

  • Observed coaching with real-time group debrief •

  • Peer learning that accelerates competency development

  • Individual feedback within a collective growth environment

Small-cohort mentor coaching (3–5 coaches) that combines the accountability of peer learning with MCC-level observation and feedback. Ideal for coaching practices, internal coach pools, or ICF chapter professional development. 

Your Mentor Coaching Journey

  • We begin by assessing a baseline of your coaching competency level. Together, we review the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, and highlight key areas of your coaching strengths and focus for development.

  • Each session includes reflection on learnings and discoveries from a previous coaching session, review of a recorded coaching session, and focused discussion on ICF Core Competencies to increase your skills and confidence. Sessions may also involve demonstrations, role-playing, and live practice of specific coaching skills.

  • During each session, you receive a full evaluation with examples of coaching behaviors observed and missed opportunities aligned to ICF coaching competencies.

  • Throughout your engagement, you learn how to follow a proven process to review and assess your own coaching skills. Together we develop and enhance your authentic coaching style with specific plans focused on all ICF competencies.

  • Upon completion, you receive a certificate of 10 mentor hours to submit for your ICF credential application.
